FAQ

Questions

Why is therapy important to my recovery process?

Working through exercises and stretches can help prevent future injuries and pain in other parts of your body. Stretches and exercises help to reduce swelling and tension and they strengthen the muscles that have been injured. Throughout therapy, you will learn how to perform everyday tasks properly. Will my insurance cover this?
