Tak Mizobuchi, OTRL, CHT
Clinical Manager | Warren
Tak Mizobuchi is a Clinical Manager at Motus Rehabilitation’s Warren location. Tak is able to provide excellent patient care by implementing evidence-based practice and keeping close communication with our hand surgeons. Tak’s passions are in post-operative care and custom orthotic fabrication for the patients. He has presented lectures about tendon injury protocols to physicians and residents, along with various other hand therapy topics to therapy staff. Tak also leads the daily operations at the Warren office. He has been a registered and licensed Occupational Therapist from the University of Pittsburgh since 2015, and also became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2020.
